Educating Oncology Nurses with Simulation: A Chemotherapy Spill

Abstract: <p>The purpose of the QI project was to determine if the use of a simulated chemotherapy spill increased the competencies and confidence of oncology nurses employed on an inpatient chemotherapy unit.
