Abstract

A reflection is presented on competences in the educational context, also as a description of the reality of the higher education system in Angola for the development of informational and digital competences in students and teachers. It recreates the method used for research based on qualitative research. An important point of the research is the proposal of guidelines for the development of informational competencies. The research concludes notes on the elements that develop knowing how to access information through search and recovery processes, including knowing how to analyze and evaluate information. In addition to also indicating digital competencies for Angolan Higher Education Institutions.
