Abstract: For a number of years, Policy and Politics has been concerned to avoid being a policy studies journal which is based solely on British contributors writing to a British audience about British public policy issues. There has been a gradual growth of British authors reflecting on policy developments in other countries and of submissions by authors from outside Britain.
