Editorial Commentary: The Jury Remains Out on Hybrid Autograft-Plus-Allograft for Diminutive Hamstring Anterior Cruciate Ligament Autografts

Abstract: In a Level III, single center, retrospective, nonrandomized observational study, anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction revision rates and patient-reported outcomes were found to be similar at 2-year follow-up when using autograft hamstrings versus a hybrid graft (autograft and nonirradiated allograft), with both groups reporting low levels of revisions and excellent outcomes.
