Aging populations, rising rates of chronic conditions, and the COVID-19 global pandemic have all intensified the demand for more healthcare. Yet, resources for healthcare are highly constrained and mobilizing new resources for health is a difficult challenge. Now more than ever, the LAC region needs to spend smarter on healthcare.
