Abstract:Cooking Oil Is an edible oil that is liquid and clear at room temperature, 75 F or 23.9 C, that may be used for cooking. Cooking oils are typically used for vegetables cooking, Pan or shallow frying, deep-fat frying, sauces, gravies, marinates, and other non-refrigerated food preparations where a clear liquid oil has application.
