Economical and mathematical rationale for the need of car parks operators of railway transport

Abstract

A method for calculation of an optimum necessary stock of freight wagons of operator companies and industrial enterprises is offered. The method takes into account the financial, technological and other risks in performing transportations with own wagons and partial using of wagons from the of inventory stock of railway transport.
