The category “organization context”, its definition content, components, and structure according to the international standard ISO 9001:2015 are reviewed. A significant discrepancy between the concepts of the organization “context” (which is contained in the original version of the standard) and “environment” (adapted Ukrainian translation of the standard) was identified. Methodical approaches and tools for evaluating and updating the organization context are proposed: SWOT analysis, PESTEL methodology, and “7S model” in particular. Considering the lack of strict regulation and requirements for specific methodical approaches to determining the context in the ISO 9001:2015 standard, ample opportunities to choose the most optimal and convenient assessment tools are indicated for organizations. The concept of “contextual ambidexterity” for organizations is introduced and substantiated, which is understood as the ability of an organization to balance simultaneously between constant adaptation to the constantly changing external environment conditions and ensuring stable parameters of current business processes. It is emphasized that the organization context is not only an element of QMS that requires constant attention in terms of formation and updating, but it also has a crucial part in the process of forming a general quality culture and has a significant impact on productive efficiency indicators (both individual and collective). The place and role of the QMS and, especially, the category of the organization context are defined in the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine as one of the pillars and levers that provide additional opportunities and create the basis for the activating of internal adaptation mechanisms, the formation of economically proven strategic guidelines for development, motivation, and involvement of the team to create a valuable product.

In the course of the study, it has been found that the increase in volumes and the expansion of the spheres of the use of digital technologies objectively cause the emergence of cyber threats and expose all participants of digital ecosystems to cyber risks, which restrains economic development. It has been proven that the presence of a wide range of factors that shape cyber security and cyber resilience requires the implementation of a comprehensive approach to the formulation of protective strategies of companies and institutions. The article argues that the process of organizing cyber resilience management should be based on the development of comprehensive cyber protection systems based on clear policies, rules and strategies for early detection, prevention and minimization of consequences of the implementation of cyber threats using a wide range of technical, technological, organizational, managerial and regulatory measures. The author justifies the need to develop national strategy and program for the authorities in the spheres of legislation, regulation, supervision and control over the state of cyber security. He proves that the national cyber defense strategy should provide for effective measures to protect critical infrastructure objects, state authorities and the population, as well as a system of regulatory and supervisory measures. The author establishes that the primary task for the organization and operation of cyber protection systems should be the protection of digital assets and of the companies’ resources and their customers. In order to strengthen the institutional capacity of authorities to effectively support the national cyber security ecosystem, a structural and logical scheme of interaction between companies and the State Cyber Protection Center of Ukraine in the process of exchanging information about cyber incidents has been developed, and practical recommendations have been provided for the interaction between critical infrastructure objects and state regulatory bodies, which can be used to ensure nationally rooted stability and security of Ukraine’s economic development in a hybrid "peace-war" system.
The purpose of the article is to present the author's point of view on the conceptual apparatus that clarifies the definition of such economic categories as "internationalization", "economic integration", "inclusiveness", "globalization", etc. As a result, the essence of the processes of internationalization and integration of Ukraine into the democratized economic system of Euro-Atlantic countries is revealed. The object of the study is to analyze the complex processes of internationalization, globalization and integration of the Ukrainian economy into the competitive environment of Euro-Atlantic countries. The research methodology is based on general scientific and fundamental provisions of economic theory, international economics and statistics. The conceptual basis of the article is the world economic theories on the assessment of globalization processes in the development of the world economy. Processing and analysis of statistical data, modeling and forecasting of the identified trends were carried out using modern software. The most important theoretical and practical results that characterize the scientific novelty of the study and the personal contribution of the author are: identification of significant relationships and interdependencies between the processes of internationalization and international integration; meaningful analysis of the prerequisites for the emergence and deepening of the process of economic integration and the intensity of the influence of centripetal forces; the concept of inclusive growth, which is considered from the perspective of coherence of development goals of countries that form a globally integrated Euro-Atlantic community. Based on the main results of the study, the authors make several important conclusions and recommendations, including the following. Taxonomy of categories "internationalization", "economic integration", "inclusiveness", "globalization". Based on the analysis of the characteristic features of unions (international economic and full integration), it is proved that the latter require research, analysis and, as a result, the introduction of a common monetary, fiscal, credit policy, etc. One of the essential characteristics of the ability of any country to "fit" into the international system is the compliance of the development goals of such a country with the economic behavior of its government with international standards.
