The prospects of the natural gas industry in Indonesia are very great. Considering that Indonesia has large enough natural gas reserves of 62.4 trillion cubic feet, of which 43.6 trillion cubic feet are proven. In fact, about one-third of the world's natural gas reserves are offshore. For the utilization of offshore gas production itself, it usually uses pipelines for gas distribution from offshore production facilities to the mainland commonly referred to as onshore terminals. The establishment of an offshore liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant is the solution to maximize the utilization of natural gas resources. The aim of this research is a preliminary study that obtains a decision on an effective method and economic parameters of the development plan required for an efficient process to provide maximum floating LNG plant investment and profitability. The pre-designed offshore LNG plant is planned to be commissioned in 2025 with a production capacity of 2.5 MTPA. The location for the construction of this plant is planned in the Masela Block area. It will operate continuously 24 hours a day for 330 days with raw materials of 315128 kg of natural gas/hour, producing LNG products of 230768 kg/hour, Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) of 5800 kg/hour, and condensate products of 356 kg/hour. The production process of this offshore LNG plant can be divided into 4 processes, namely acid gas removal, dehydration unit, fractionation, and liquefaction, which are considered to be common processes based on low cost and high efficiency. From an economic point of view, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) obtained at 12.3% is above the bank loan interest rate, which is 8% with a payback period (POT) of 4.81 years, which is smaller than the repayment time set by the lender, which is 10 years, and break-even point (BEP) has reached 36% that just acceptable which refers to the economic sustainability of plant development. Therefore, offshore LNG plants are feasible to be established.

Kuala Bubon Port, a maritime axis in the west-south Aceh region is one of the crossing facilities that connects shipping activities by the surrounding community. The need for passenger departures and logistics transportation is increasing every year. Therefore, to facilitate inter-island crossing activities, it is planned to develop buildings and facilities at Kuala Bubon Port. It is necessary to carry out a feasibility study for these infrastructure development activities to determine the feasibility of the development project. Besides that, the feasibility study also avoids the risk of loss. Research This feasibility study uses data analysis, including the Budget Plan analysis and the cash flow (cash flow) analysis. The method for analyzing cash flow uses 4 methods, namely Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Break Event Point (BEP). The four methods refer to the calculation of direct, indirect, and annual costs. This calculation is obtained from processing primary and secondary data and assuming an interest rate of 3.50%, and the project's economic life is set at 25 years. For NPV analysis, the investment is feasible if the results are positive. Conversely, if the NPV is negative, the investment is not feasible. Furthermore, if the BCR value ≥ 1, the IRR value ≥ the interest rate, and the BEP are obtained when the NPV = 0, then the project can be feasible. After calculating, the NPV value obtained is IDR 1,730,821,838,222, the BCR value is 162.93%, the IRR value is 5.25%, and the BEP was obtained in year 4, day 39. Based on the results of these calculations, the project can be said to be feasible to implement. The results of this study are expected to be one of the references and information for the Department of Transportation, Water Resources Public Works, and the Government to plan the right design for development projects at ports. The long-term target is that the results obtained can be used as data in other water construction projects so that they are effective from a financial perspective.

The increase in the number of culinary businesses is an opportunity for business people. The business in the culinary field that is booming today is Mentai Rice Terjenak which is located in Bekasi. The business, which has been running for a period of 3 months, has the possibility of bankruptcy and not operating. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of a business that has been running. The research uses qualitative design to review technical, management, environmental and market perspectives. While quantitative design to review finances. The research procedure begins with a descriptive study of qualitative design, then determines the parameters of business feasibility using finance, covering NPV, IRR, PB and Net B / C. The role of assets will support the business to run by increasing the number of workers who have professionalism and are flexible, business activities also require consideration of the disposal of residual waste so as not to disturb the balance of the environment and the financial value has been deserved. The conclusions of the study are to increase the amount of resources, protect the environment of production waste, the financial value is already feasible. Business can be run by considering innovations and products that have high selling valuePeningkatan jumlah bisnis kuliner menjadi peluang tersendiri bagi pelaku bisnis. Bisnis di bidang kuliner yang sedang booming saat ini adalah Mentai Rice Terjenak yang terletak di Bekasi. Bisnis yang sudah berjalan dalam kurun waktu 3 bulan ini, memiliki kemungkinan mengalami kebangkrutan dan tidak beroperasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan kelayakan bisnis yang telah berjalan. Penelitian menggunakan desain kualitatif untuk mengulas perspektif teknis, manajemen, lingkungan dan pasar. Sedangkan desain kuantitatif untuk mengulas finansial. Prosedur penelitian diawali dengan studi deskriptif dari desain kualitatif, kemudian menentukan parameter kelayakan bisnis menggunakan finansial, mencangkup NPV, IRR, PB dan Net B/C. Peran aset akan menunjang bisnis berjalan dengan meningkatkan jumlah tenaga kerja yang memiliki profesionalitas dan terlatif, aktivitas bisnis juga memerlukan pertimbangan pembuangan limbah sisa agar tidak mengganggu keseimbangan lingkungan dan nilai finansial telah layak. Kesimpulan dari penelitian yaitu meningkatkan jumlah sumber daya, melindungi lingkungan limbah produksi, nilai finansial sudah layak. Bisnis dapat dijalankan dengan mempertimbangkan inovasi dan produk yang bernilai jual tinggi.
