Economic and legal mechanisms of waste management in Ukraine

Abstract: The article deals with current problems of waste management in Ukraine. Essence of economic and legal mechanisms of waste management is defined within system approach. Up-to-dated methods of waste management are examined by authors. The analysis of the legal norms provides the improvement of system main directions.
