Ecology of the Western region in Kazakhstan: state and main directions of improvement

Abstract: This article examines the environmental problems of the Western region in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The authors emphasize that for many decades the oil fields of Kazakhstan have developed mainly a raw material management system with extremely high technogenic loads on the environment. It is noted that for Kazakstani economy, oil and gas production and especially their export play a key role in generating income and growth within the gross product. At the same time, the authors point out that the impact of th… Show more

“…In conclusion, it should be noted that the process of deposition of inorganic salts in oilfield equipment is a special case of mass crystallization of supersaturated insoluble salts from their solutions under certain thermodynamic conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the content of the chemical composition of groundwater and wastewater on the territory of the Tengiz field [21].…”

“…Humanity is a part of the biosphere, a product of its evolution. The relationship that develops between man and natural communities is dynamic and is associated both with the growth of the Earth's population and with the development of industrial production, energy production and agricultural products [17][18][19][20][21][22][23]. As a result of these relationships, the flows of matter and energy change, and the impact of man on the functioning of the entire biosphere increases.…”
