Ecological state of colon cavitary microbiota in patients with chronic course of viral hepatitis c

Abstract: The article presents results of microbiological examination of 72 samples of colon contents of patients with chronic hepatitis C (control group is consisted of 87 samples of colon contents of the healthy people) and studied ecological changes in taxonomic composition of the investigated biotope.
