Echocardiographic Capture of Right Ventricular Wall Rupture During Inferior Wall Acute Myocardial Infarction

Abstract: We present the case of a 57-year-old woman with no previous cardiovascular history in whom fatal right ventricular wall rupture was diagnosed by bedside echocardiography early in the management of an inferior wall acute myocardial infarction.
