Early postoperative intra-axial dissemination of a pediatric extradural and complicated hydatid cyst

Abstract: Hydatid disease is very common around the Mediterranean basin and endemic in some parts of the world. Cerebral involvement remains rare, represents only about 2% of all hydatid localizations and mainly affects the pediatric population.
