Early Postoperative Insulin-Resistance Changes After Sleeve Gastrectomy

Abstract: After SG the improvement of insulin action occurred rapidly and independently of EWL. The results of the present study confirm that a hormonal mechanism may contribute to changes in insulin resistance following SG.
