“Early Post-operative Mechanical Small Bowel Obstruction Induced by Unidirectional Barbed Suture”

Abstract: Unidirectional barbed suture is widely used in minimally invasive procedures as a secure alternative to traditional knot tying. In this report, a 44-year-old female with endometriosis and complex gynecological history presented to our emergency department 2 weeks after undergoing minimally invasive gynecological surgery.
