Abstract: Introduction. Typical basis of chronic cerebral ischemia in young people is small vessel disease (SVD) diagnosed by micro-focal lesions and microstructural damage of cerebral white matter (WM), reduction of fractional anisotropy (FA) in diffusion tensor MRI (DT-MRI).
