Early identification and intervention with individuals at risk of becoming involved in serious and organised crime (SOC)

Abstract: Purpose This paper aims to examine the “engage” pilot project and related processes for identifying individuals vulnerable to becoming involved in serious and organised crime groups (OCGs).
