Abstract:Pyoderma gangrenosum of the breast following surgery is a rare aseptic inflammatory cutaneous condition that causes very rapid progressing and expanding painful ulceration of the surgical site and the adjacent skin. The greatest issue concerning pyoderma gangrenosum is its diagnosis.
