Early Collision Detection for Massive Random Access in Satellite-Based Internet of Things

At the beginning of COVID-19 there is no cure or vaccine and it became more dangerous as the virus symptoms were kept concealed. The only way to get cure of this virus is self-isolation and maintain social distancing. Because of the COVID-19 rate of death and COVID-19 cases are increases day by day. The virus had infected over 168.9 million people worldwide. Because of the careless behaviour of people and complacency are leading to spike in COVID-19 cases. So in this work, the application of internet of things (IOT) in healthcare and social distance monitoring the patients in the pandemic situations from COVID-19 is proposed. this project consists of three parts: A lightweight and low cost IoT node for data analysis and give treatment to those who exceed the limit. The IoT node is used to track the health parameter such as body temperature, blood oxygen level and pulse rate and update this to cloud and notify the user by message. Here is the two way to communicate between IoT node and smart phone is by Wi-Fi or Bluetooth and we use GPS tracker to track the patient. A smart health monitoring system maintains the contact between doctors and patient and it helps in daily monitoring the vital parameters and it is user friendly.

Aviation' is referring to transportation of goods via air. The global community is increasing, and people are moving from one place to another in a faster way due to the presence of aviation. As the technology is growing there have been an increase in the cybercrimes as well. The most famous case in the aviation industry is the flight MH370, which was a Malaysian airline travelling normally without any turbulence, disappeared without a trace. The aircraft had 227 passengers boarded including the crew, it is still a mystery which no one could solve. There have been conspiracies that stated that the plane's auto pilot was hacked. Considering the importance of this case, this research will be focusing on the cybersecurity threats which exists in the aviation industry, it will also present threats which may have caused the disappearance and highlight a plan to overcome vulnerabilities in the critical infrastructure of aviation industry.

Conceptual Analytics on Integration of Network Technologies with Crowdsourcing Infrastructure

Technology seeks a new dimension as collaboration of various methods and technologies in transmission of data. Crowdsourcing enables the availability of huge data over a variety of networks. It is important to understand the needs of the management and monitoring of such data over a long distance and among a huge population especially among a big crowd like that of temples and other public places. Hence integration of network technologies has to be considered for effective attainment of data transfer with high speed and better performance that includes latency. The paper conducts analytics of various collaborated network technologies that was utilised to handle huge data from a crowdsourced network. The network technologies considered for the reviews are Edge computing, Fog computing, IoT based sensors, mobile technologies and cloud-based platforms. After significant analysis of all the research works, it was identified that edge computing has been the chief network technology used to transmit crowdsourced data with speed and efficiency. Cloud platforms assist the transferred data to be stored with privacy and security. The IoT sensors and Fog computing helped in detecting the data and also to increase the bandwidth and improve latency problems. The research gap identified was to enhance the speed and efficiency of transmission in public related problems like surveillance and handling public or social media database which seemed to be more challenging and encouraging future research works.
