e-Report System in Health: Problem Solving Study

Abstract

Methods: Agile project methodology is used in the e-Report system and there are separate components specific to health reports. The system was developed with the C# Programming language on the ".Net" platform and Republic of Türkiye. Ministry of Health personnel took part. Results: 13 different components have been developed for the e-Report System. Two of these components do not have a health report. However, with the addition of 3 health reports within the scope of integration with Social Security Institution, there are 14 different types of medical reports in the e-Report System. Conclusion: It can be said that with the e-Report System, accurate and auditable data and duplicate records are prevented, managers can access support information in their decision-making processes, and time and economic savings are saved with fast, reliable and standardized system components compared to previous methods. It has been observed that the e-Report System benefits all users of health reports.
