The relevance of the article relates to the need for continuing preschool education under quarantine conditions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by means of distance technologies and preparation of children for STEAM education. Artistic and productive activities are considered to be the resource of STEAM education. The aim of the article is to substantiate educational opportunities of distance education programs for undertaking artistic and productive activities of older preschool children on quarantine. Research methods: theoretical analysis, surveys, generalization of experience, analysis of children’s products, parental feedback. The scientific basis of the study is a set of approaches of different levels. Scientific novelty of the research is two-fold. The possibility of organizing artistic and productive activities of older preschool children by means of remote technologies in terms of preparing parents to interact with educators and organizational, technical, informational assistance to children. The features of the organization of such education in Ukraine under conditions of introducing quarantine measures are revealed. Practical significance is viewed through development and approbation of the content of classes on artistic and productive activities, integrated with the fundamentals of mathematics. There have been developed the questionnaires on digital competence for educators and digital literacy for parents.

Developments at work and in the workplace are constant activities, and an organisation’s activity in e-learning belongs in this process too. This means that workplace e-learning represents a significant burden for an organisation. A qualitative case study from the Czech Republic was done on the basis of interviews with two groups: content administrators (two respondents) and learners (six respondents), who are familiar with e-learning. Analysis reveals various factors and trends that the organisation must consider when implementing e-learning. On the basis of the data obtained, it is clear that e-learning increases flexibility, more precisely in terms of costs, time and individual approaches. Participants concentrate on learning and do not focus on the content; the main goal remains passing the e-course. However, the quality of the system and the ease of using it varied, as did the interactivity of the e-courses. The main advantages are flexibility and productivity, and the main disadvantages are a lack of mutual contact and human interaction. Future trends will be the increase of e-learning, pre-work onboarding, the cloud and m-learning. When implementing e-learning, an organisation must consider the pros and cons and pre-tests/evaluations, and it must simplify the resolution process of any issue, be prepared to provide face-to-face education and make choices regarding the time aspect and learning material. The current qualitative case study in e-learning and prevailing trends form the foundation of the future direction and development of this field for educational and training purposes. The findings indicate that there will be a steady, but notable, increase in workplace e-learning to enhance all training methods at work. This study aims to examine research instruments regarding the role of e-Learing in Universities located in Indonesia. Data obtained from the questionnaire field are distributed online and have been filled by as many as 100 respondents with a population of e-learning users from various professional backgrounds. The questionnaire was filled by 100 respondents with different professional backgrounds, namely students, lecturers, teachers, employees, entrepreneurs, civil servants, and then collected and processed data by testing using inductive or inferential statistics. The method used is a qualitative method, while testing includes validity and reliability, chi square test, t test, f test and classic assumption test in multiple linear regression by processing data using SPSS version 24, by testing the validity and reliability based on data that has been tested from Y to X8 the value of Cronbach's Alphanya 0.984> 0.1654 means that the data is tested for reliability.
