Este estudo exploratório e bibliográfico, com abordagem qualitativa, teve como objetivo identificar como Assistentes Pessoais Digitais são utilizadas como suporte a autonomia de idosos em suas necessidades de interação e acesso a serviços em seu dia a dia. Neste contexto, buscou-se averiguar se estas tecnologias podem ser consideradas uma Tecnologia Assistiva Digital. O estudo exploratório seguiu padrões bibliométricos no protocolo de busca e na análise dos resultados, utilizando o software VOSviewer para extração dos dados encontrados e geração de mapas visuais. A análise dos resultados foi realizada seguindo o protocolo adaptado do método de Laurence Bardin. Os resultados encontrados corroboram com a Organização Mundial da Saúde sobre o uso de tecnologias assistivas e digitais para a promoção da autonomia de idosos.
