Dysphagia to liver failure

Abstract: DESCRIPTIONA 54-year-old man presenting with dysphagia, weight loss, epigastric pain and cervical lymphadenopathy was referred directly to endoscopy. The medical history included hypertension and hypercholesterolaemia.
