Dysmodulation of Synapse Formation and Pruning Hypothesis of Schizophrenia

Abstract: Schizophrenia is a devastating disease that affects at least 1% of humanity. Current understanding is focused on two different hypotheses: excessive dopamine and excessive pruning.
