Research was conducted in 2013-2016. on the experimental field of the Northern Autonomous Urals SAU in the area of the Instructional Farm. The soil is leached chernozem, heavy loam in particle size, moderately supplied with nutrients, ph-6,7. The study of the mineral nutrition level in early varieties of potatoes Alyona and Severny showed that it is economically advantageous to make mineral fertilizers for a planned yield of 30 and 40 t / ha, which is combined with the quality of tubers. A further increase in the mineral nutrition level increases the yield, but economically it is not profitable. Potato harvest, obtained in variants with high doses of mineral fertilizers, is stored worse than in the control version. Considering the yield and quality of the tubers of the studied potato varieties, it is economically advantageous to apply mineral fertilizers for a yield of 30-40 t / ha. The paper highlights the need in a new approach to selection of table potato varieties as a healthy nutrition source in the conditions of cold climate. For the first time, we access the informative value of the use of green plant sprouts in practical potato breeding as an independent study topic accompanied with morphological and biochemical studies related to the search for biomarkers indicating economic characters in potato hybrids. The applicability of the Selyaninov hydrothermal coefficient as a mathematical model parameter of the potato yield increment dynamics with account to agro-meteorological forecast in order to specify the beginning time of potato harvest.

Динаміка формування врожаю бульб і нагромадження крохмалю міжсортовими гібридами картоплі різної стиглості У 2017-2018 рр. вивчені особливості динаміки нагромадження урожаю бульб гібридами картоплі впродовж періоду їхньої вегетації. Для досліджень використано 9 нових гібридів картоплі середньоранньої, середньостиглої і середньопізньої груп стиглості, які створені у Львівському національному аграрному університеті. При створенні гібридів як вихідні батьківські форми для схрещувань використані сорти картоплі української селекції Бородянська рожева, Водограй, Воля, Західна, Зов, Ліщина, Оксамит, Світанок київський і сорти зарубіжної селекції-Невська (Російська Федерація), Cкарб (Республіка Білорусь), Sante (Нідерланди), Aminca (Нідерланди), SVP (Нідерланди). За стандарти використано: для середньоранньої групи-сорт Водограй, середньостиглої-Воля і середньопізньоїсорт Західна. Динаміку формування врожаю міжсортовими гібридами картоплі вивчали за проведення п'яти пробних підкопувань що 10 днів, починаючи із 60-го дня від їхнього садіння і до 100-го дня. У групі середньоранніх гібридів найбільш інтенсивне і максимальне нагромаджування врожаю бульб показав гібрид 14/9-30 [Західна × (Зов × Невська)], середньостиглих форм-гібриди 14/16-2 [(Західна × Aminca) × (Воля × Ліщина)] і 15/5-19 [(Західна × Sante) × (Воля × Ліщина)] і середньопізніх-гібрид 11/15-12 [Західна × (Бородянська рожева × Оксамит 99)]. При цьому їхнє перевищення у продуктивності над відповідними сортамистандартами сягало 44,9-58,1 % за середньої продуктивності однієї рослини 900-1200 г/кущ. Виявлено, що гібриди картоплі різних груп біологічної стиглості, які виділилися інтенсивним нагромадженням врожаю характеризувалися також інтенсивним формуванням загальної кількості бульб і меншою мірою-їхньої крупності. Причому така закономірність характерна для кожного із термінів контрольних підкопувань. За даними досліджень, інтенсивність нагромадження крохмалю у бульбах та його абсолютне значення залежать від біологічної стиглості гібридів картоплі, метеорологічних умов у період вегетації рослин і вихідних батьківських форм, які брали участь в їхній генеалогії. Отже, за рівності різних чинників вирощування картоплі (тип ґрунту, удобрення, температурний режим, кількість опадів), динаміка формування врожаю бульб, елементів його структури (кількості й крупності бульб) та нагромадження крохмалю визначаються генотиповими особливостями конкретного гібрида. У процесі досліджень відібрані окремі міжсортові гібриди картоплі з вдалим поєднанням кількості, крупності бульб, підвищеної їхньої крохмалистості, з якими проводитиметься подальша селекційна робота згідно з її схемою для культури.
