Dynamics of the T follicular helper response in Borrelia burgdorferi infection

Abstract: Borrelia burgdorferi (Bb), the bacterial agent of Lyme disease, has evolved numerous immune evasion mechanisms that result in Bb persistence in mice, its natural host, following infection via tick-bite.
