Abstract:Hypercholesterolemia and atherosclerosis are still the main cause of mortality in Central Asia. Study of the molecular mechanisms of endothelial dysfunction with changes in the nitroergic system in experimental hypercholesterolemia. The experiments were carried out on 28 Chinchilla rabbits with an average weight of 2.5-3.0 kg.
