Dynamics of Rickettsia parkeri infection in domestic chickens

Abstract: The aim of the present study was to investigate experimental infections by Rickettsia parkeri in domestic chickens (Gallus gallus domesticus) and to determine the dynamics of antibody production during acute and chronic infection.
