Dynamics of Adsorbed Hairy-Rod Polymer Solutions

Abstract: Evanescent wave light scattering can probe the dynamics of hairy-rod type of polymers adsorbed from semidilute solutions. Both cooperative diffusion and rotational dynamics are modified in the adsorbed layer as compared to the bulk solution and found to be insensitive to concentration and molecular weight variation over the examined range.
