Understanding the knowledge-diffusion network can help government and businesses effectively use their investment to stimulate science and technology development. We are interested in the roles that innovators play in the cooperative network and how the structural characteristics of innovator cooperative network affect innovative knowledge diffusion in terms of patent citation frequency. We propose an improved model for innovative knowledge diffusion by incorporating the innovator cooperative network with Jaffe’s double exponential model, which has been verified as effective, to evaluate the relationship between the innovator cooperative network and innovative knowledge diffusion. We conduct empirical analysis with the proposed model using patent data from the Derwent database, and discover a positive correlation between the innovator cooperative network and innovative knowledge diffusion. Our results also reveal several interesting patterns of innovative knowledge diffusion in the field of nanostructures. We also discuss the practical implications in knowledge management that analyzing patents, as a form of innovative knowledge, can unveil knowledge diffusion patterns and urge organizations to learn the technology development trend and advance their technology progress.

Social networks are ubiquitous, which has been one of the important topics of many scholars. With the rapid development of information technology in recent years, people's social platforms are not limited to offline, and online social networks have gradually become an indispensable part of our lives. However, there is still a lack of research on the differences between online and offline social networks. Therefore, this paper probes into the differences between online and offline social network information dissemination by collecting data from online and offline double-layer coupled networks, and comparing and analyzing the data. Research shows that there are some differences between online and offline social networks in the law of information dissemination, which will have a certain impact on real life. Therefore, three suggestions are put forward: 1. At the initial stage of promotion, there are few audience groups, so offline methods can be adopted. With the expansion of information dissemination scope, gradually turning to online promotion, the best promotion effect will be achieved at the fastest speed. 2. The speed and effect of information dissemination can't be ignored for people who have no value in social network information dissemination. 3. Based on the complexity of the public opinion information dissemination network, users need to constantly cultivate their ability to identify information, the management of major social platforms earnestly perform their regulatory responsibilities, and the relevant functional departments of the government gradually establish a public opinion guidance mechanism. If joint efforts can be formed, the public opinion prevention and control effect will be more significant.

The key terms in the process of knowledge management and knowledge potential are analyzed. Groups of internal and external factors affecting knowledge potential are indicated. The factors of influence on the choice of electronic educational resources are highlighted. The interaction of participants in the educational process is depicted schematically, particularly in communities of the electronic educational environment. The list of probabilistic selection rules for choosing a source of knowledge and learning is given. The model of dynamics of dissemination of knowledge potential, taking into account the flow of knowledge from source to agent, is indicated. Modeling is described in the form of a generalized diffusion model of processes of redistribution of knowledge potential during e-learning, taking into account the replenishment of the source of knowledge. The influence of electronic educational resources on the replenishment of the teacher's knowledge, which transfers knowledge to students within a certain community, is given. The general structure of the process of formation of knowledge potential during e-learning, indicating sources of knowledge, factors of influence on participants of the educational process is shown, the processes of replenishment, transfer, and redistribution of knowledge are indicated.
