Abstract

Abstract:With the rapid growth of economy and population in Hebei Province, energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions have increased year by year, and environmental problems have become increasingly prominent. How to achieve rapid economic growth under the constraints of the environment is the Hebei provincial government to solve the problem. Based on the material, energy, value balance and input-output model, this paper builds a comprehensive dynamic simulation model of social economy, greenhouse gas emission and energy utilization.
