Dynamic Response of Two-Electrode Distributed Feedback Laser for Stable Signal Mode Operation

Abstract: The longitudinal spatial hole burning (LSHB) effect has been known to limit the performance of distributed feedback (DFB) semiconductor lasers to achieve a better dynamic signal mode operation (DSMO).
