Dynamic Response Analysis of Floating Storage Tank System Considering Hydrodynamic and Mechanical Interactions

Abstract: For better utilization of ocean and coastal space, hydrocarbon products can be stored in the floating tanks, which can be enclosed by barge system. The barge system can be moored through pile foundations. The tanks are moored through marine fenders connected to barges. In the system, hydrodynamic and mechanical interaction problems are involved.
