Dynamic Resource Allocation in the Cloud with Near-Optimal Efficiency

Abstract: Motivated by maximizing spot instances in cloud shared systems, in this work, we consider the problem of taking advantage of unused resources in highly dynamic cloud environments while preserving users’ performance.
