Dynamic Properties of Rain Attenuation in Athens, Greece: Slant Path Rain Attenuation Synthesizer and Dynamic Diversity Gain

Abstract: In this paper, the dynamics of rain attenuation are examined, and dynamic diversity gain is evaluated for a pico-scale site diversity system.
