The purpose of the current study was to examine the peculiarities of the effects of two rehabilitation programs on performance, motor and process skills, quality of life, and also comparing their effectiveness in the main and control groups, which had statistically identical initial characteristics. The main hypothesis was that the use of targeted therapy and modified exercises, constraint-induced movement therapy, bimanual training, integrated therapeutic exercises may be better to affect everyday occupations or its components, quality of life of children with cerebral palsy. The contingent of the subjects is 106 children of 4-6 years old, of which 54 with spastic hemiplegia and 52 with spastic diplegia. The study presents the output data and dynamics in groups according to the Gross Motor Function Classification level; key aspects in groups level changes according to the Manual Ability Classification System. The quantitative changes in the pediatric evaluation of Pediatric Evaluation of Disability Inventory, as well as the dynamics of individual points from the sections of self-care, mobility, social function capability, which were distinguished by the most significant changes, were highlighted. In particular, the analysis revealed the presence of significant changes in most items of the "self-service" section among all groups of children. A significantly better impact on the children of the main groups has a developed program in the eight items of the self-service section. According to the results of the Cerebral Palsy Quality of Life questionnaire, most domains have significantly improved. Really better results in the main groups are detected by the "Feelings of Function" domain.

The purpose of the study is to assess the effectiveness of occupational therapy on the sensory integration indicators of children with autism spectrum disorders in early childhood. Materials and methods. 60 patients (from 3 to 5 years old), who received rehabilitation measures for 6 months, participated in the study. In the control group, children received a standard corrective program. Children of the main group 1 additionally went through occupational therapy sessions, which were addressed to developing self-care skills. In the main group 2, in addition to the main group 1 therapy, children received sensory integration therapy (imitation abilities, orientation in space, coordination, sensory perception, changing the sensory environment). The study used a short sensory profile. Evaluation was carried out by occupational therapists before the start of the intervention and after completion of the program. Results and discussion. Comparison of the three groups according to the initial results of the total sensory profile score did not establish statistical differences between the groups (χ²=2.594; p=0.273). The initial indicators of х̅ ± SD of the total score in the control group were 88.4 ± 4.11 points, in the main group 1 – 91.45 ± 7.12 points, and in the main group 2 – 89.7 ± 7.83 points. Comparison of the three groups according to the final results of the total sensory profile score established statistical differences (F=604.805; p<0.001). х̅ ± SD indicators in the control group were 100.5 ± 4.56 points, in the main group 1 – 158 ± 6.61 points, and in the main group 2 – 165 ± 7.73 points. A conducted posteriori test established the presence of statistical differences between the control group and other groups (p<0.001), between the main group 1 and the main group 2 (p<0.01). It should be noted that the increase in х̅ in the control group was 12.1 points, in the main group 1 – 66.55 points, and in the main group 2 – 75.3 points, which was 13.69%, 72.77% and 83.95% of the initial values, respectively in groups. Conclusion. The addition of occupational therapy sessions to a standard remedial program improved the effectiveness of the intervention on all item scores and the Short Sensory Profile total score. However, adding occupational therapy classes and sensory integration therapy to the standard correctional program had the best effect on sensory integrative indicators. The results obtained by us are a consequence of the fact that in the control group the changes were less shown than in other groups, and in the main group 2 they were the most shown. At the same time, in the main group 1 and main group 2, the comparison of the final and initial results established statistical changes in all points of the sensory profile

ВступФізична реабілітація дитячого контингенту є важли-вою соціальною проблемою [1; 2]. Одним з аспектів реа-білітації у педіатрії є дитячий церебральний параліч (ДЦП). Реабілітаційні підходи серед дітей з ДЦП носять комп-лексний та всебічний характер. Реабілітаційні програми доповнюються медичними і хірургічними процедурами, фізичною терапією, ерготерапією, мовною терапією, роз-важальними заходами, адаптацією до школи і навчання, психосоціальною підтримкою, застосуванням ортезів і ін-шого адаптивного обладнання [9; 10].У сучасних умовах процес формування виконавчих умінь та навичок засобами фізичної терапії та ерготерапії у дітей із дитячим церебральним паралічем вимагає осво-єння зарубіжного досвіду [7], створення новітніх орієнти-рів соціальної реабілітації та застосування міждисциплі-нарного підходу [7; 5; 12; 11], врахування поліморфності клінічних проявів та складності патогенезу церебральних паралічів [9; 13; 3], а також наявності творчого підходу у фахівців [5].Зв'язок дослідження з науковими програма-ми, планами, темами. Роботу виконано згідно "Зве-деного плану НДР у сфері фізичної культури і спорту на 2011-2015 рр." за темою 4.4 "Удосконалення організацій-них і методичних основ програмування процесу фізичної реабілітації при дисфункціональних порушеннях у різних системах організму людини" (номер державної реєстрації 0111U001737) та плану НДР НУФВСУ на 2016-2020 рр. за темою: 4.2. "Організаційні та теоретико-методичні осно-ви фізичної реабілітації осіб різних нозологічних, про-фесійних та вікових груп", номер державної реєстрації 0116U001609 за період 16.01.2017 -30.12.2017 рр.Мета дослідження: сформувати блок ерготерапії для дітей з геміплегічною та диплегічною формами цере-брального паралічу, доповнити ним програму фізичної ре-абілітації та визначити його корисність у підвищенні рівня самообслуговування. Матеріал і методи дослідженняМатеріали отримано під час проведення досліджен-ня на базі Київського міського центру реабілітації дітей з інвалідністю (основні групи) та Спеціального навчально-виховного комплексу "Мрія" (м. Київ) (контрольні групи). Контингент досліджуваних -106 дітей 4-6 років, з них 54 зі спастичною геміплегією (ГП) та 52 зі спастичною ди-плегією (ДП). До основних груп, котрі займалися за роз-робленою програмою, увійшло 28 дітей з ГП (ОГ1) та 27 з ДП (ОГ2). Відмінностей між основними та контрольни-ми групами на початку курсу терапії виявлено не було. З метою оцінки значущості різниці, при наявності нормаль-ного розподілу результатів досліджень, використовували t-критерій Стьюдента (для незалежних чи для залежних груп), а для показників, що мали розподіл, відмінний від нормального, використовували U-критерій Манна-Уітні (для незалежних груп) та критерій Вілкоксона (для залеж-них груп).Діти проходили курс відновного лікування. До занять з контрольними групами включалися наступні процедури та методики: бімануальне тренування, унімануальне тре-нування, лікувальну гімнастику, масаж, ігри.
