This study aims to determine how much influence infrastructure management and tutor recruitment partially or jointly have on the quality of graduates in CLAC. The research was conducted using a descriptive correlational method with a quantitative approach. The analysis was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents who were the samples in this study. The results of this study reveal that it can be concluded that: 1) There is a significant influence of infrastructure management on the quality of graduates in CLAC. 2) There is a significant effect of tutor recruitment on the quality of graduates in CLAC. 3) There is a significant influence of infrastructure management and tutor recruitment on the quality of graduates in CLAC. The magnitude of infrastructure management and tutor recruitment influences the quality of graduates in CLAC; this study strengthens and proves or is in line with several experts and researchers. Previous writers stated that the quality of graduates was heavily influenced by infrastructure management.

2) (1) Faculty of Technical Sciences, (2) Faculty of Sciences(2) A dynamic business environment, characterized by fiercely competitive and fast-changing markets, has made the ability to respond quickly to change and manage uncertainty essential for organizational survival. Consequently, organisational agility has become imperative for achieving project success. Traditionally, project success was determined by the achievement of project goals within the constraints of time, budget, and scope. However, the perception of project success has evolved to encompass a multidimensional approach, considering the project's impact on the team, customer, business success, and capacity-building for the future. These dimensions should be used to measure project success in volatile environments. Project resilience, which refers to a project's ability to withstand and recover from unexpected events and disruptions, could act as a mediator between organisational agility and project success. Project resilience involves taking a holistic view of the organization and its ability to adapt to different scenarios, including various disturbances in the system. However, the concept of resilience still needs to be explored further in project studies. In this paper, the authors propose a research model for testing the relationship between organisational agility and project success, with project resilience acting as a mediating factor and high-performance work practices as a moderating factor.

PurposeSocieties depend on interconnected infrastructures that are becoming more complex over the years. Multi-disciplinary knowledge and skills are essential to develop modern infrastructures, requiring close collaboration of various infrastructure owners. To effectively manage and improve inter-organizational collaboration (IOC) in infrastructure construction projects, collaboration status should be assessed continually. This study identifies the assessment criteria, forming the foundation of a tool for assessing the status of IOC in interconnected infrastructure projects.Design/methodology/approachA systematic literature study and in-depth semi-structured interviews with practitioners in interconnected infrastructure construction projects in the Netherlands are performed to identify the criteria for assessing the status of IOC in infrastructure construction projects, based on which an assessment tool is developed.FindingsThe identified assessment criteria through the literature and the practitioner’s perspectives results in the designing and development of a collaboration assessment tool. The assessment tool consists of 12 criteria and 36 sub-criteria from three different categories of collaborative capacity: individual, relational, and organizational.Originality/valueThe assessment tool enables practitioners to monitor the status of IOC between infrastructure owners and assists them in making informed decisions to enhance collaboration. The assessment tool provides the opportunity to assess and analyze the status of collaboration based on three categories (i.e., individual, relational, and organizational).
