Dynamic Model of a Conjugate-Surface Flexure Hinge Considering Impacts between Cylinders

Abstract: A dynamic model of a Conjugate-Surface Flexure Hinge (CSFH) has been proposed as a component for MEMS/NEMS Technology-based devices with lumped compliance.
