Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI of the microenvironment of pancreatic adenocarcinoma xenografts

Abstract: Background: Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is an aggressive disease with poor outcome. Resistance to treatment is associated with impaired vascularity, extensive hypoxia, and interstitial hypertension.
