Dynamic changes in mRNA nucleocytoplasmic localization in the nitrate response of Arabidopsis roots

Abstract: Nitrate is a signaling molecule that regulates gene expression in plants. The nitrate response has been extensively characterized at the transcriptome level. However, we know little about RNA nucleocytoplasmic dynamics during nitrate response.
