Abstract:The aim of this study was to review the safety and feasibility, clinical and radiological outcomes, and postoperative complications associated with the use of dynamic cervical implants (DCI).
Patients and methodsA prospective single-cohort study was performed of all consecutive patients who underwent DCI implantation as an adjunct to anterior cervical discectomy. We measured the anterior disc space height (ADH) and posterior disc space height (PDH), as well as the ADH/PDH ratio.
