Dynamic Behavior of the Solutions for a Two-layer Neural Network Model with Delays

Abstract: In this paper, a two-layer neural network model with delays is investigated. By means of the generalized Chafee's criterion, some sufficient conditions to guarantee the existence of oscillatory solution for the model are obtained. Computer simulation indicates that the decay rate in the model affects the stability and instability.
