Dynamic behavior of microstructures

Abstract: Continued demand for flexible and sophisticated, yet lightweight and low power as well as small, systems is being satisfied by advances in microelectromechanical systems (MEMS). These advances require use of computational modeling and simulation accompanied by physical measurements.
