Abstract:The fractional Kelvin–Voigt (FKV) viscoelastic constitutive model has been employed to build the fractional differential governing equation of viscoelastic foundation plate. Shifted Bernstein polynomial algorithm is implemented to solve the governing equations on a direct time domain numerically.
