Dynamic analysis and experimental research of the novel needle punched rubber bark detection device

Abstract: A novel NPRBDD is developed to obtain suitable cutting depth of rubber bark in the harvesting process of natural rubber. Based on experimental data and the optical microscope photographs of slice diagram of the pinhole in rubber bark, the acupuncture-detection process of NPRBDD can be divided into three stages of pre puncture stage, squeezing stage and puncture stage.
