Dynamic All-Red Signal Control Based on Deep Neural Network Considering Red Light Runner Characteristics

Abstract: Despite recent advances in technologies for intelligent transportation systems, the safety of intersection traffic is still threatened by traffic signal violation, called the Red Light Runner (RLR).
