Dynamic aggregation operators and Einstein operations based on interval-valued picture hesitant fuzzy information and their applications in multi-period decision making

Abstract: The traditional picture hesitant fuzzy aggregation operators are generally suitable for aggregating information acquired in the form of picture hesitant fuzzy numbers, but they will fail in dealing with interval-valued picture hesitant fuzzy information. In this paper, we describe the notion of interval-valued picture hesitant fuzzy set and the operational laws of interval-valued picture hesitant fuzzy variables. Moreover, we derive some dynamic interval-valued picture hesitant fuzzy aggregation operators (bas… Show more

“…Based on Einstein operations, Kamaci et al. ( 2021 ) described the notion of interval-valued picture hesitant fuzzy set (IVPHFS) and its operational laws. Moreover, the authors derived some dynamic IVPHF AOs (based on Einstein operators) to aggregate these sets collected at different time periods.…”

“…Many scholars have also extended and supplemented the aggregation operation, similarity measurement, and application scenarios of PFS, such as Mahmood [ 27 ] combined the PFS with hesitant fuzzy sets, and proposes some operators such as the picture hesitant fuzzy Bonferroni mean operator. Kamaci [ 28 ] proposed some dynamic aggregation operators and Einstein aggregation operators for interval-valued picture hesitant fuzzy sets, and applied them to multi-period decision-making problems. Khan [ 29 ] proposed a bi-parameter similarity and distance metric under the PFS environment and applied it in medical diagnosis.…”
