Parents' Coping Strategies for their School Children's Issues: A Systematic Literature Review

The importance of parenting self‐efficacy and social support for family quality of life in children newly diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder: A one‐year follow‐up study

“…Pozo et al (2014) investigated parents of children with ASD and found that active avoidance coping is positively related to FQoL for fathers while coping styles showed no association with FQoL for mothers. Recent research reported that both mothers' and fathers' perception of QoL was significantly associated with emotion-focused coping (Brillet et al, 2023). Further studies are needed to explore the relationship between affiliate stigma, coping styles, and FQoL among parents of children with ASD.…”
