Dwa porządki normatywne. Komentarz do dyskusji o intencjonalności działania

Abstract: Charakterystyczna asymetria w przypisywaniu intencjonalności, która jest znana jako the side-effect effect, oraz tzw. problem Butlera są tłumaczone wpływem względów moralnych na sądy o intencjonalności działania. W komentarzu do tej dyskusji zwrócona zostaje uwaga na alternatywne rozwiązanie. Wskazuje ono na znaczenie pojęcia sprawstwa moralnego oraz możliwość istnienia dwóch rodzajów porządków normatywnych, tj. moralnego i poza-moralnego.
